Every account starts with a walk-through. We set scope, frequency and staffing from what we see on site. Then we put it in writing, so your team knows what gets done and when.

A note on residential work. We do not clean single-family homes for homeowners. Our residential work is limited to short-term rental turnovers and property-manager accounts.

We partner with independent cleaners, cleaning crews and sales representatives across the DFW Metroplex, Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Every opportunity is a 1099 independent contractor relationship.

Independent commercial cleaners

Service contracted commercial buildings in your area. You set your own hours, and each building has a written scope that defines what gets done. You are paid a percentage of each contract you service, every month you service it.

Crews work a home zone of contracted buildings located 10 to 15 minutes apart, so your team spends its time cleaning, not driving. Crews are paid a percentage of each contract they service, every month they service it, so earnings grow as contracts are added to the zone.
